Asante Kotoko winger Inusah Adam has pledged to sharpen his finishing skills after delivering a Man-of-the-Match performance in the Porcupine Warriors’ 1–0 victory over Dreams FC in week 14 of the Ghana Premier League.

The 24-year-old dazzled with his pace and creativity, helping Kotoko end a four-match winless run, though he is still searching for his first goal of the campaign after nine appearances without scoring.

Player’s Remarks

“It’s not easy to go four matches without a win so we planned to beat Dreams FC at all costs to appease the fans… The fans should expect more from us, I want to assure them that I will soon start scoring the goals.”

The 25-year-old former West Africa Football Academy (WAFA), Kotoku Royals and SC Covilha (Portugal) winger has been a very pivotal figure on the flanks for the Porcupine Warriors this season, exhibiting his great dexterity and impeccable skills in helping the team as they embark on their journey of landing the Ghana Premier League title this campaign. He has featured in 9 games for the club this season and is yet to find the back of the net for the Kumasi-based powerhouse.

League Context

  • Kotoko: Victory lifted them to third place on the table with 24 points, level with rivals Hearts of Oak after 14 matches.
  • Next Fixture: Away to bottom-placed Eleven Wonders on Wednesday, December 24.

Adam’s vow to add goals to his game reflects Kotoko’s broader ambition to sustain momentum in the title race. His creativity has already proven valuable, but converting chances will be key as the Porcupine Warriors chase Medeama and Aduana at the top of the table.
