We’ll rewrite the wrongs against WAFA – Coach Hamza Obeng
Ghana Premier League champions, Accra Hearts of Oak stuttered to a disappointing goalless draw in their opening day fixture against Legon Cities last Sunday.
Hearts of Oak dominated the game for long spells but were unable to convert their chances as Legon Cities goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi was in inspiring form.
Most Hearts fans were not too happy with the results but assistant coach of the club, Hamza Obeng has called for calm saying they will rewrite the wrongs in their next game against WAFA.
He says that the technical team and the entire playing body are not dwelling too much on the results they had on match day one .
According to the assistant coach they have done a thorough review of the game against Legon Cities and they will see a new Hearts against WAFA.
“We have another match ahead of us and that’s where our concentration is now. We will correct our mistakes and hopefully, it will reflect in our next game.”
The league champions will travel to Sogakope to face familiar foes WAFA in a crunch game over the weekend.
