CIMAF Cement distributor Daavi Bless builds police station for Central East Police Command
Daavi Blessed Enterprise, a CIMAF Cement Distributor has built and handed over a new Police Sation for the Central East Police Command.
The new police station was built at Akramang, a town on the Akotsi Junction Kwanyako road in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.
Speaking at the commissioning and official handing over ceremony, Madam Christiana Tamakloe, CEO of Daavi Blessed Company explained that, the gesture is to help the Police Service to boost security in the area.
The Central East Regional Police Commander DCOP David Senanu Eklu has charged Ghanaians especially the Youth to use proper ways to address their issues than attacking police station and its officers.
DCOP David Eklu revealed that, some Police stations have been attacked in the country when citizens are agitating and bemoaned such acts.
He therefore urged Nananom and Opinion leaders in the Region to discourage their citizens especially the youth from such acts of Police Stations attacks because it is a dangerous for both parties since an attack on a Police station is an attack of citizens security.
He commended Madam Christiana Tamakloe for the kind gesture and called for more from corporate Ghana to help the Central East which is a new Police Region.
Present at the event were the District Chief Executive of Gomoa East, Hon Solomon Darko Quarm, MP Hon Desmond Degraft Paitoo, Chief of Gomoa Akramang Central East Police commander, DCOP David Eklu and some senior officers of the Police Service.
