E/R: Man in police grips for defiling cousin

Tenyo  Kandabekuni alias Wareware is in police custody at the Tease police station, a town near Ekye Amanfrom at Afram Plains in the Eastern Region.

Wareware 39, is accused of defiling his 15 year old cousin and giving her a drug to take which was expected to aid her in aborting a pregnancy after the act.

The victim who narrated the incident after been admitted to the Ekye Amanfrom Presby Health Care Center had suffered serious complications.

Abeilla Banaa who is the Unit Committee Chairman the community reported to the Police.

According to the Public Relations Officer of the Eastern Regional Police Command, ,Sergeant Francis Gomado the suspect is currently aiding in investigations.
