Investigative journalist Godwin Asediba bids farewell to Media General after three stellar years

Renowned investigative journalist and broadcaster, Godwin Asediba, has officially parted ways with Media General, closing a significant chapter in his journalism career.

Announcing his departure on Instagram on December 26, Asediba expressed gratitude for the professional growth, relationships, and opportunities he experienced during his tenure.

“With gratitude and fond memories, I close an important chapter at Media General. It has been a privilege working with such talented people and contributing to meaningful work. Here’s to new beginnings,” he wrote.

Since joining Media General in 2022, Asediba worked across TV3, 3FM, and 3news.com as an investigative journalist, producer, and news anchor.

He became widely recognized for in-depth investigations, documentaries, and reporting that spotlighted health, environment, science, and community development issues.
