Talk nicely; shouting in mic not route to stardom — Shatta Wale

Self-acclaimed African dancehall king, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, professionally known as Shatta Wale has chided colleagues musicians and upcoming artistes not to be shouting too much on the microphone as according to him, it is not what makes one a star.

He said the mic is just a gadget, added to amplifiers to makes wonders when one talks to it nicely.

In a post on Facebook, the ‘My Level’ hitmaker explained that the lowest voice that one puts on a microphone will be louder in speakers, sarcastically stating “don’t be naive about these things….. it’s called technology”.
