The remains of the late Queen Mother is currently laying in state until Thursday for mourners to pay their last respects before her burial.

The official mourning cloth for the funeral rite is black and in accordance with customs, female who wants to file past the remains of the late Queen mother must are to do so barefooted with neither headbands nor scarves, ear rings nor bracelets.

The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II filed past his late mother at exactly 11:00 am yesterday.

People from all walks of life were present to pay their last respect to the Queen.

Celebrities were not left out.
