The Berekum Golden City Park was once a fortress for Berekum Chelsea but since the grass turned very green and WAFA broke their home invincibility results there have been dire and grim.
Chelsea have lost four out of their last five matches in the Ghana Premier League as they keep tumbling down the league log.
Karela held Berekum Chelsea to a 1-1 draw at their own backyard in a game which the away side stretched the home side a lot.
The home side started on the front foot bit could not score as the away defence stood tall with both teams going into the break with the results barren.
Top scorer of the league Diawise Taylor reminded everyone of his talents with the opening goal of the match in the 50th minute.
Stephen Amankona pulled parity for the home side 19 minutes later from the penalty spot to make it 1-1.
